My birthday gift to myself, a ticket to the Robert Glasper Experiment here in Toronto on March 18th, 2011 at the Glenn Gould Studios.
The day started off beautifully and ended with a magic no words can express.
All I have to say is WOW! It was a truly amazing show, where instinctive playing and the masterful class of all the musicians on the stage merged into a perfect, unbelievable balance.
Truly no words to describe the experience. The artists in the group were such a pleasure to photograph, all humble, witty, approachable, kind, it was refreshing.
I find so much enjoyment in my work when I get the opportunity to photograph artists I truly admire and respect.
